World Hearing Day (WHD)


WHD, observed annually on 3 March, is a global advocacy event of to promote ear and hearing care. More information about the subject is available on the WHO website and World Hearing Day webpage. 
The themes observed over the last few years include:

    Kindly note you will be required to provide web versions, print versions, editable ppt versions and Indesign files for all the products.  

    1. Announcement poster (6 UN languages)- 1no.s (quantity)

    For school children: fun, educational, child-friendly

    For teachers: Action-oriented, with tips for supporting children with hearing issues

    3. Social media tiles (6 UN languages) – 3 Carousels / tile sets (quantity)

    Social media graphics tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and X

    Versions in various formats/sizes (e.g., square, portrait, landscape)

    Messaging aligned with key WHD 2026 themes (will be provided)

    4. Branding material designs (6 UN languages) - 3 items (quantity)

    With Campaign logo/stamp for WHD 2026 

    Suggest materials 

    5. Editable certificate design for WHD 2026 report (English) – 1 no.  (quantity)

    6. Banner (English)- 1no. (quantity)

    Expression of interest submission requirements 

    Your proposal should include:

    • Concept note outlining creative vision 
    • Portfolio or samples of similar work
    • Detailed timeline and budget
    • Team composition and roles
    • Confirmation of availability between [August 2025 – March 2026]
