The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following work: the development of a web based and mobile App membership registration and communication platform for members of parliament for road safety.

The aim is to engage Members of Parliament (MPs) for road safety and encourage them to actively participate in the development of injury prevention policies, strategies and/or plans of actions.

This work will be coordinated by WHO/SDH/SAM headquarters in close collaboration with the Regional Offices.

 


 

The Safety and Mobility (SAM) unit of WHO leads WHO’s work on the prevention of all unintentional injuries. Working across WHO and in concert with a wide range of partners, we coordinate global efforts to address leading killers such as road traffic injuries, drowning, falls and burns. SAM uses the convening power of WHO to coordinate, implement and monitor evidence-based interventions to prevent injuries worldwide by working with/through our regional and country offices.
