The meeting of the 22<sup>nd</sup> WHO Expert Committee on the Selection and Use of Essential Medicines was held at WHO Headquarters, Geneva, from 1 to 5 April 2019 to revise and update the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines (EML) and Model List of Essential Medicines for Children (EMLc).
