Co-organized by Gender, Equity, and Human Rights Team in the Director-General Office and Health Emergencies Preparedness and Response, WHO/HQ, this Webinar seeks to describe how measurements of multidimensional poverty and vulnerability can be used in preparedness, response and recovery from health emergencies, including in the COVID-19 context. This webinar is a part of the “WHO Global Webinars on the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on Equity and the Social Determinants of Health” series and it also constitutes part of the knowledge exchange events being convened for “World Health Day 2021” on Health Equity.
