Fundamentals of Risk Communication and Community Engagement (FoRCCE) Series
When: Tuesday, 22 June 2021, 14:00–15:00 Geneva (CET)
Moderator: Melinda Frost, MPH, MA, EPI-WIN, WHO Health Emergencies Programme
Join us for a close-up look at recent acute surges of COVID-19 as communication and engagement experts working in Brazil, India and Nepal share their experiences. They will describe response methods that proved to be particularly effective, list tools and systems they wish they had in place prior the acute phase and examine how communities adapted and responded themselves in the midst of national crises. These experiences will help others facing situations of sharply rising infections and severely stretched health systems prepare, adapt, respond and recover.
Q&A
Participants will be able to submit questions during the webinar by using Zoom's "Q&A" feature. You may also submit them in advance by sending them to: epi-win@who.int
