COVID-19 has impacted on the way people are active, access to facilities, programmes and services. COVID-19 has revealed and heightened the importance of physical activity for mental and physical health for everyone, however it has also exacerbated inequalities in health, and in physical activity opportunities.
This webinar “An active future: Youth forum to co-create an active generation” is the seventh of a series of eight reINVENT and reBUILD webinars hosted by WHO on the overarching theme of “Working together for a stronger and fairer physical activity and sport system for all”.
This youth forum will provide a global platform for young people to share their views and perspectives. Informed by attending the series, rapporteurs will guide break out room discussions to generate recommendations on how the physical activity and sport can build forward stronger and fairer.
Join us to discuss the future of sport and physical activity. As we #reINVENT – what needs to change? Opportunities to be #BeActive should be for everyone – tell us how to make that happen.
