The 12th World Congress on Adolescent Health organized by the International Association for Adolescent Health (IAAH) will take place from 18 to 21 November 2021.
The 4-day virtual event will focus on the unprecedented global forces shaping the health of adolescents everywhere, requiring new responses, different actors, and wider alliances.
The meeting aims to promote engagement with partners and stakeholders from across the world who work in health services, schools and communities, academia, government ministries, international agencies, and non-governmental organizations. It will challenge us to think and respond differently as clinical and public health challenges are debated, alternative policies are explored, and the latest adolescent health research is shared.
WHO Deputy Director-General Dr Zsuzsanna Jakab will be making an address during the opening session of the Congress. Throughout the event, WHO staff will lead and participate in various events at the Congress.
