WHO Public Health Laboratories knowledge sharing webinars -  Scientific Writing Communication

29 June 2022 11:00 – 12:30 CET

This webinar was the 5th session based on the Global Laboratory Leadership Programme, and will focus on fundamentals of Scientific writing. In this session we explored the use of an argument matrix, a framework that can be used to develop ideas for a scientific manuscript. We listened to an international expert give her experiences in developing publications and the key lessons learnt. Finally, we talked about writing styles, ensuring that the language being used communicates the ideas of a manuscript efficiently and effectively.

We will welcomed:

Dr Yvan Hutin (WHO, EMRO)

Dr Susan Norris (Guidelines Development Expert, USA)

Webinar series held in English, with interpretation in French, Russian, Spanish, Arabic and Portuguese.
