Lyon hosts France's largest Global Health Festival

The Global Health Festival showcases Lyon's dynamic health sector. With more than fifty events, local stakeholders highlight key global health themes, including strengthening health systems, training health professionals, Lifelong learning in the health sector, the One Health approach, antimicrobial resistance, and health innovation.
Events will take various forms: meetings, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, round tables, site visits, and short film screenings.
Open to the public, the festival will be held across the Lyon metropolitan area and online. Special focus will be on the Lyon-Gerland Biodistrict, an evolving international hub for global health, celebrating the opening of the WHO Academy.
