On 30 June 2025, just over 1 year since the WHO Alliance for Food Safety was formally launched during its inception meeting, members will convene for a virtual meeting to assess progress and plan for the months ahead. The session will review the Alliance's achievements and challenges since its launch, with updates from the Secretariat and Working Group Co-Chairs. Members will also discuss upcoming priorities for the second half of the year in preparation for the Annual General Meeting in October, and provide feedback on how to strengthen engagement and collaboration across the network.
Meeting objectives:
- Review key progress, challenges, and milestones since the inception of the Alliance, including highlights from the working groups.
- Discuss priority actions for the second half of 2025 in preparation for the Annual General Meeting in October.
- Gather member feedback on engagement and coordination, including current communication channels and opportunities to strengthen collaboration.
