WHO is seeking a consultant for 9 months to contribute to the WHO secretariat function for the Hand Hygiene for All initiative in coordination with UNICEF. The consultant will provide technical, planning and advocacy support for WHO deliverables under the initiative with a particular focus on implementation and partner networks for non-health care facility settings.
