Overview

This descriptive study used an embedded multiple case study methodology, primarily drawing upon author observations and a document review. Five EVIPNet Europe member countries – Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Poland and the Republic of Moldova – were selected because each was at a different stage of the EVIPNet Europe implementation and institutionalization process.
