Overview

A joint meeting of the FAO Working Party of Experts on Pesticide Residues and the WHO Expert Committee on Pesticide Residues was held in Rome from 2 to 11 December 1974. The meeting was opened by Mr F. Albani, Director of the Plant Production and Protection Division of the Food and Agriculture Organization, on behalf of the Directors-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Health Organization. The FAO Working Party of Experts on Pesticide Residues had already met in Rome from 27 to 30 November in preparation for the Joint meeting.
