  Overview
Data collection for rehabilitation through routine health facility reporting is required to underpin rehabilitation decision-making in health policy, management and clinical care. This guidance document supports the integration of rehabilitation into health facility reporting and the analysis of collected data through a standard set of indicators and considerations for their interpretation and use. This document is targeting rehabilitation policy-makers and programme planners as well as facility managers and service providers.
