National medical oxygen scale-up plan: Development guidance

In line with WHA resolution 76.3 Increasing access to medical oxygen, WHO, Member States and partners, co-developed a guidance to strengthen the medical oxygen ecosystem. This guidance is intended to support with the development of an actionable plan for medical oxygen scale up, which should follow a clear methodology and elements for continuous monitoring and evaluating. It consists in six core sections as follows: situation analysis; goals and objectives; governance, coordination and advocacy; implementation plan; measuring impact and outcomes; and costing and financing.
