This manual will prepare staff to carry out data collection for computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) surveys in a consistent manner. If the guidance is followed correctly, results will be comparable across countries and time.

The intended audience is interviewers and trainers. The manual assumes that readers have basic experience with data collection but no experience with the WHS+ Mobile.
