Problem Management Plus (PM+) psychological intervention for individuals: training manual

Overview

This training manual is for people or organizations wanting to train helpers to deliver Individual Problem Management Plus. It contains all the information needed to deliver a training and implement PM+. Part A covers key information for setting up and implementing individual PM+, including how to use the manual, training and supervision requirements and how to deliver training and conduct competency-based assessments. Part B provides detailed instructions for delivering a training.

Problem management plus (‎‎‎‎‎‎PM+)‎‎‎‎‎‎: individual psychological help for adults impaired by distress in communities exposed to adversity is a 5-session, evidence-based, individual psychological intervention for adults impaired by psychological distress.
