Overview
Interprofessional education enables students learn together and broaden their knowledge and experiences. The Master of science programme in Reproductive Health programme was developed to address the human resource needs for reproductive health care and the need for a local training programme that could be accessed by more health workers.
This case study from Malawi shows that such an approach is possible when done through a consultative process and commitment from all stakeholders including the government.
