Mid-term review of the WHO Country Cooperation Strategy Thailand 2012-2016 

Overview

The CCS under review identified five priority areas, which were selected by representatives from major public health agencies in Thailand. The areas were: (1) community health system (2) multisectoral networking for noncommunicable disease control (3) disaster preparedness and response (4) international trade and health (5) road safety.

In addition, two other areas – communicable disease control and border and migrant health – were included in the list of major public health challenges and also reviewed, along with part of the unfinished agenda in the CCS.
