Report of the second meeting of the Strategic and Technical Advisory Group for Mental Health, Brain Health and Substance Use

Overview

WHO’s Strategic and Technical Advisory Group on Mental Health, Brain Health and Substance Use (STAG-MNS) has been established in 2022 to advise the WHO Director-General on matters related to MNS conditions. The STAG-MNS held its second meeting in Geneva on 25-26 April 2023. The objective of this second meeting was to discuss, prioritize and finalize recommendations with respect to WHO’s work on mental health, brain health and substance use, and present them to WHO’s Director General.
