Overarching question: The overarching question to be addressed when preparing the evidence to recommendations table is proposed below: Should TAK-003 be recommended for introduction into national immunization programmes in a 2-dose schedule, to immunocompetent individuals (4-60 years of age) in dengue-endemic countries to mitigate the dengue burden of disease?
