HeRAMS Annual Report 2021

Overview

In 2021, the Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS) Initiative has continued its effort to increase availability of core information on essential health resources and services and make this information available to decision-makers at country, regional and global levels.

Over the course of 2021, substantial efforts were made to introduce, reinforce, and strengthen monitoring capacities in countries using HeRAMS. By the end of the year, HeRAMS counted a total of 19 projects, covering more than 55000 health facilities and over 2200 data contributors, informing decision-makers on a wide variety of contexts including preparedness, response, recovery, and development.

This report provides further insights on main activities and key achievements of the HeRAMS initiative accomplished in 2021.
