Overview

The Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS) supports countries in standardizing and continuously collecting, analyzing, and disseminating information on the functioning of the health system as a whole and, more specifically, on the availability of essential health services and the barriers to their provision.

This infographic analyzes the impact of conflict on health systems across 19 countries. Findings show that health facilities in conflict zones are 6 times more likely to be non-operational, with nearly 1 in 4 directly impacted by conflict.
