Inequality Monitoring and Analysis Strategy 2022-27

Overview

The Division of Data, Analytics and Delivery for Impact (DDI) was created to enable the achievement of Triple Billion targets by delivering impact to billions of people around the world, backed by the highest standards of health data.

The Inequality Monitoring and Analysis team focuses on DDI's two strands, 1) improving measurement to address data gaps and 2) focusing on results to bring strong analytical capability on how WHO works and to inform country and global health policy, programmes and practices.

The Inequality Monitoring and Analysis team’s mission is to support Member States with health inequality monitoring and to provide global evidence on health inequality. To realize this, the team has three strategic goals and related objectives, which are outlined in this strategy document.
