Lived experience heard, real voices, real change

World Mental Health Day 2026

Overview

Mental health is fundamental to the health, well-being, learning and development of every child and young person. It shapes their ability to learn, build relationships, participate in their communities and thrive. Yet too many children and young people continue to experience mental health challenges without access to the supportive environments, information, care and support they need.
