Module 4: Data quality review for Community Health Data

Overview

The data quality review (DQR) for community health data is comprised of three components:

1) data verification,

2) system assessment, and

3) desk review of completeness, timeliness, and consistency.

Moreover, the community DQR is intended to be conducted at each of three levels, 1) community level (community health workers), 2) health facilities or community-based organizations (CBOs), and 3) the district level.

The target audience for the publication are primary health care and district level data managers.
