TRS 1044 - Annex 4: WHO guidelines on technology transfer in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Overview

During the fifty-fifth meeting of the World Health Organization Expert Committee on Specifications for Pharmaceutical Preparations, Expert Committee members were updated on the annual consultation on good practices for health products manufacture and inspection, which took place in July 2020 over a series of virtual meetings due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During these virtual meetings, a group of experts made a series of proposals for future activities, including a possible update of the WHO guidelines on transfer of technology in pharmaceutical manufacturing (1).
