Essential Programme on Immunization
The Essential Programme on Immunization aims to strengthen vaccine programmes, supply, and delivery, and ensure universal access to all relevant vaccines for all populations across the life course.

EVM tools and guidance

EVM assessments are created and delivered using a sophisticated yet practical set of online and offline tools. Each country in the world has a secure web portal to manage its EVM environment and create and deliver assessments. Data collection is conducted using the EVM Assessor mobile app, which also contains a library of supply chain resources and tools, including the VVM Guide. This tool provides guidance to users on how to read a Vaccine Vial Monitor (VVM) and use this information to estimate vaccine discard times.
