To measure CD4 T cells to support the identification of individuals older than five years with advanced HIV disease

Intended use

Minimum/Acceptable: Finger-prick whole blood. <=100 microliters. Preferred/Optimal/Ideal: Finger-prick whole blood. <= 50 microliters.
