  • Keep children active, such as with games, hobbies and outdoor time
  • Ensure at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity daily
  • Support children to use their imagination and be creative
  • Let children play and learn to get along with other children
  • Limit their screen time so it does not interfere with play and sleep
