WHO field monitoring teams identified Mopa Tea village under Community Health Centre Kanubari near the Assam-Arunachal as a high-risk area due to its high migration population. The WHO team identified two newly-settled families with children who had missed immunization doses. A pregnant woman in her third trimester who had not undergone any ante-natal check-up was also identified and counselled on the importance of ANC, regular check-ups, and institutional delivery.
