Critical reviews

The substances listed below have been proposed by WHO for critical review and are not currently under international control. Information was brought to WHO’s attention that these substances are clandestinely manufactured, of especially serious risk to public health and society, and of no recognised therapeutic use by any Party.  The Expert Committee will consider whether information presented during a critical review may justify the scheduling or a change in the scheduling of the substance in the 1961 or 1971 Conventions.
