Walk the Talk Doha 2022

19 November 2022
Doha, Qatar

Continuing the legacy of promoting physical activity and health for all, the Walk the Talk: Health for All Challenge series will be held for the first time in Doha.

WHO and the Ministry of Public Health of Qatar, in partnership with FIFA and the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, will be staging the event on the day before the start of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.

People worldwide are invited to join the event, in person and remotely, to celebrate the importance of health and wellbeing.

The starting point of the Doha event will be Al Bidda Park and two routes (3 and 5 kilometers) will connect the part to Doha landmarks, including the Corniche area and the FIFA World Cup countdown clock.

The event will serve as a key moment to gather safely, celebrate the importance of healthy lifestyles, and demonstrate the steps needed to ensure the delivery and legacy of healthy and safe mega sporting events.

The event is open to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to join in a celebration of health. There is no better way to prepare for the Qatar World Cup 2022 than walking in solidarity for #Sport4Health!

Choose a distance between 3km and 5km on the App. We recommend that you allow the geolocalisation to be set to “all the time” and not to make phone calls or open other Apps during your challenge.
