#HeroesEndingPolio

Tet, health communicator

Health communicators are among our #HeroesEndingPolio. As Central Luzon prepared for the upcoming polio campaign, Tet helped ensure that communication and social mobilization strategies were in place so that no unvaccinated child will be left behind.

"At the moment, while the whole country is dealing with a pandemic, communicating with parents and caregivers is indeed a challenge for all advocates and communicators. This is why we are grateful for technology that allows us to provide correct information to caregivers to lead them to protect their children against deadly diseases that could be prevented by immunization.

Saving a life is what motivates me to continue working for this polio campaign. I want to ensure that each child will have the right to live healthy and free from any illness. I want them to have a high quality of life so they can function well and contribute to their community.

To all mothers and caregivers, the best gift you can ever give to your children is to have them immunized. In doing so, you are ensuring their safety, protection, and good health; therefore, giving them a healthier and brighter future."
