Overview
The Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS) aims to provide decision-makers and health stakeholders at large with vital and up-to-date information on the availability of essential health resources and services, help them identify gaps, and determine priorities for intervention.
HeRAMS has been deployed in Ukraine since November 2022. This report presents the baseline results of the operational status of health facilities, including availability and barriers to essential services across Ukraine. While this HeRAMS deployment remains ongoing and data verification and validation continue, the analysis presented here is not final and has been produced solely to inform operations.
Results presented in this report are based on the data collection from November 2022 to May 2023 in Kyivska, Chernihivska, Sumska, Kharkivska, Donetska, Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizka, Mykolaivska, Odeska, Khersonska, Zhytomyrska, Vinnytska, Cherkaska, Poltavska, Khmelnytska, Rivnenska, Kirovohradska, Volynska, Lvivska, Ternopilska, Chernivetska, Ivano-Frankivska, Zakarpatska oblasts, and Kyiv City.
