Summary Report: Third-Party Verification of HeRAMS Data in Kharkivska, Zaporizka, and Donetska Oblasts

Overview

The Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS) project has been ongoing in Ukraine since November 2022. To assess the reliability of the HeRAMS data, mitigate risks to data quality, and develop a strategy for ensuring data quality in the future a series of verification visits were carried out in Donetska, Kharkivska, and Zaporizka oblasts between March 6^th and April 21^st, 2023. This report presents the detailed results of this verification exercise.
