New vaccine surveillance

There are sentinel surveillance sites in member countries for invasive bacterial disease and rotavirus surveillance. Data from these sites have informed the introduction of PCV in Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Myanmar and the introduction of rotavirus vaccine in India.
