Less alcohol webinar series
Less Alcohol Webinar Series
The Less Alcohol Webinar Series sets out to start global conversations on contemporary policy issues critical to reducing alcohol consumption. The topics explored through the series intend to draw attention to perceived blind spots in the policy sphere. The series was first launched in 2021 and includes four to five webinars each year. Each webinar consists of a keynote presentation summarizing the evidence and critical concepts related to the topic, followed by a dynamic and actively moderated discussion spotlighting country experiences. The series is intended for a broad audience, including people working in public health, policy-makers, researchers, civil society groups, consumer associations, the mass media, and people new to alcohol control policy, research or practice.
