In adults with moderate-to-severe depression, citalopram, escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine or sertraline (SSRIs) or amitriptyline (TCA) should be considered

Antidepressants should not be considered for the initial treatment of adults with a mild depressive episode.
