Regulatory system
The national regulatory system provides the framework supporting the regulatory functions recommended by WHO. The National Regulatory Authority is the institution responsible for assuring the quality, safety and efficacy of health products, as well as the relevance and accuracy of product information. A sustainable, well-functioning regulatory system ensures independent and competent oversight of health products.
