The World Health Organization, Country Office in the Philippines is looking for an individual contractual partner that can provide technical assistance for Risk Communications and Community Engagement (RCCE) to the ongoing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic response efforts in the Philippines, under a Special Services Agreement (SSA) contract.
