The World Health Organization (WHO) Philippines is looking for an academic or institutional partner to provide technical support for development of training module and e-Learning course on Mental Health advocacy and leadership for persons with lived experience (PWLE) under an Agreement for Performance of Work (APW) contract.
The proposals are due by 30 May 2022.
