Collecting and disseminating legal information

In accordance with the mandate given to it by its member states under its Constitution, WHO gathers and analyses information about different country’s approaches and experiences with using health laws.

Because countries often face similar problems and have similar health policy objectives, providing access to this information supports countries who want to learn from the experiences of others as they plan and implement their local health law solutions.
