WHO Bhutan handed over 25 electrical safety analysers and a Barco medical-grade screen (CT scan accessories) intended for Samtse and Dewathang Hospitals today.
Electrical safety analysers ensure the safe use of medical equipment by adhering to safety standards.
The Barco medical-grade screen enhances CT scan accuracy with high image quality, precise detail, and advanced image enhancement, enabling healthcare professionals to make more accurate diagnoses.
This initiative underscores WHO’s continued commitment to strengthening Bhutan’s health systems.
The handover took place between WHO Representative to Bhutan, Dr Bhupinder Kaur Aulakh, and Dr Mimi Lhamu Mynak, President of the National Medical Services.
