Collaboratory governance structure provides oversight, advice, and accountability to support the work of Collaboratory, its secretariat, and its members. It ensures consistent implementation of Collaboratory policies and activities and enables internal oversight and accountability inside and outside WHO.

Steering Committee

The Collaboratory Steering Committee, comprising senior leaders from the WHO Hub, provides scope and strategic direction and is responsible for all final decisions.

Project Board

The Collaboratory Project Board, comprising stakeholders from the WHO Hub technical teams and external partners, is responsible for technical and policy decision making.

The Collaboratory Secretariat, housed at the WHO Hub, is responsible for the day to day operations and long-term growth of Collaboratory and its communities. 

Collaboratory Technical Advisory Group

The Collaboratory Technical Advisory Group (CTAG) is comprised of external and internal technical and policy experts working in topical areas relevant to Collaboratory activities. The group is balanced across gender and geography. It provides technical input into Collaboratory direction and activities and ensures linkages with global networks and directions.
