Laboratory Management Series (Part Three, Personnel Management)

This webinar was the third in a three-part series discussing concepts, tools and processes related to Laboratory Management. the In this webinar, we discussed the importance of people and how understanding various personality types can help improving team communication. We explored how personal motivation can influence laboratory staffs desire and commitment and finally we touched on conflict and its resolution in the workplace.
