GLAAS 2013/2014 cycle

The GLAAS 2014 report presents data from 94 countries and 23 external support agencies. With a focus on increasing access and reducing inequalities, it offers a comprehensive analysis of strengths and challenges in water, sanitation and hygiene within and across countries.

Quantitative responses

The following Excel data compilation represents the questionnaire responses of 94 countries to the GLAAS 2013/2014 country survey questionnaire. For the most part, this Excel spreadsheet presents raw data as provided by country respondents, however, country responses to data quality inquiries are reflected. Of note, questions A3, A6, B6, D2, D11 provide summary data. Methods to clean or aggregate responses to these questions are footnoted within each data worksheet. If clarification is required regarding the quantitative responses or qualitative comments please contact glaas@who.int for more information.

 

Qualitative responses
The following PDFs represent the open-ended questionnaire responses from the 94 countries participating in the GLAAS 2013/2014 country survey questionnaire. The PDFs are a compilation of all of the countries’ qualitative answers. The responses have not been edited and many remain in their original language.
