Tips and information

  • Avoid using tobacco, alcohol and illegal drugs
  • Do at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week such as walking, cycling or sport
  • Ask a health worker about getting vaccines and at the right time
  • Wear a seat belt when travelling in a car and a helmet on a bike or motor bike
  • Take care of your mental health such as by doing activities that are relaxing and enjoyable
