Event notice

The World Health Organization Regional Office for the Western Pacific is hosting a webinar series titled "Your Health – Today and Tomorrow."  

The series aims to provide a platform for meaningful discussions on key health priorities in the Western Pacific Region with a forward-looking view. These priorities include promoting integrated approaches using primary healthcare for universal health coverage, tackling the impact of climate change on health, preparing for future pandemics, addressing health inequities through technology, and more. By weaving these crucial areas into the conversation, the webinars aim to generate insights and draw diverse perspectives from senior experts and WHO workforce as well as real-life experiences on the future of health in our Region. 

The series debut focuses on Tackling Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) in the Region, with a specific focus on the social and commercial determinants of health and how they might affect NCDs going forward, as well as identify possible pathways towards a healthier, more resilient Western Pacific.
