We envision a healthy start for every newborn, and a long life for every person. In the Division of Healthy Environments and Populations, we work to create healthier environments, better food choices, safer settings and inclusive health services.

 

World No Tobacco Day

Every year, on 31 May, WHO and partners mark World No Tobacco Day (WNTD), highlighting the health and additional risks associated with tobacco use, and advocating for effective policies to reduce tobacco consumption.
